Infinitae Reserva Vinho Regional Lisboa Tinto 2010

Produced in the finest regions of Lisbon, this red and ripe fruit-scented wine is very well-balanced in every element of taste. It goes along very well with grilled meat dishes or codfish. It should be served chilled at a temperature between 16 to 18º C.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby Color wine with compote aromas. Medium body, soft and mellow mouth, and good structure for a long finish. 

Wine Making:
The grapes were totally de-stemmed after selection, and fermentation occurred in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After that, the wine was racked and transferred into new French oak barrels for 3 months.
