Tasting notes:
This wine presents strong garnet red color, with sweet fruit aroma and stewed fruit, ripe plum and vanilla flavours. Full-bodied, smooth, with round tannins and long-lasting taste.

Vinification:
Fermented in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, followed by Maceration process.
 
Maturation:
Matured in French oak barrels and American oak barrels for 6 months and 8 months in bottles.
 
Suggestions:
It is suggested to be served at 18 to 20º C. Recommended to pair with games dishes like partridge or pigeons, as well as cheeses.
